Isaiah Kendall* was driving his motorcycle on the N1 when a motor vehicle from the opposite direction slowed down to turn right, but appeared to not have seen Isaiah and instead of waiting for him to pass first, the vehicle turned in front of him and they collided. The impact was on Isaiah’s right hand side. He sustained multiple fractures to his body and his vision was temporarily impaired.

The Counselling Psychologist commented that as a result of the accident “it appears that Mr Kendall has been left with some long-term neuropsychological difficulties”.
In late 2013, the legal team of de Broglio Inc accompanied Isaiah to the North Gauteng High Court where they negotiated with the RAF until they were happy with the offer which they accepted in the amount of R2, 289, 693.00.
