Firstly I would like to thank you the entire firm for assisting me in my matter. We had a shaky start to the proceeding 7 years ago but at least we got some money back from the Road Accident Fund.
Nikita has been an outstanding individual during the process and she and her team kept me up to date with all and any developments. I must be honest and say that I have not been your most comforting or easiest client and in that regard Nikita handled me well. My matter has been settled and we are awaiting final payment which I assume will be paid next year sometime.
If I had to give Nikita a rating form 1 – 10 she would be an 11 and so it goes for the team. I know that proceedings do take time and most cases when its large amounts being paid it takes even longer but Nikita provided the support and guidance during this period. She is an asset to your business don’t let her go or move on but let her grow in the company.
