Firstly, I need to apologize for not doing this sooner - I have no valid excuse.
I do, however, need and wish to thank you guys for the excellent and friendly service provided by your firm, and especially the people that I had the privilege of dealing with directly. I was very hesitant in pursuing the matter, but eventually listened to good advice to do it, and even better advice by choosing your firm. (Your firm was recommended by a doctor, no less)
Nina and Dune made this uncomfortable and unnerving process much easier. I had lots of interaction with Nina, especially, and will always be grateful for the assurances and the kindness with which the most trivial of questions were answered. And there were lots.
There is no doubt that your firm successfully fight for the rights of us who cannot do that ourselves, and I have no hesitation in recommending your firm to anybody who asks (without disclosing the nature of my case) and will continue to do so.
Thank you very, very much. You were with me every step of the way, keeping me up to date with the progression of the case, and encouraged me when needed.
