From the first call I received after I made an enquiry regarding my accident that took place in 2014 up to the court date in 2018, your staff have been extremely professional, friendly, patient and assisted in every way they could. The Doctors were also professional and extremely thorough. Bianca worked with me from the start and is definitely a star in my eyes. I was very happy to hear she is now working for you personally.
All the staff involved behind the scenes (there were a few I dealt with and are still dealing with in the office) and the Attorneys, both Kaylee and Anna as well as the Advocates Eben Serfontein and especially Ian Zidel have been phenomenal. The way Ian worked through the evidence and the way Anna and Assistant had everything properly prepared and on the ball of where what is, was really impressive.
